Lead Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our team at Thrive North Gosford. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator who can inspire, motivate, and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on programming and be able to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. They will work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

The Room Leader will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with parents/carers, actively contributing to the educational program through observations, documentation, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field;
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong computer and technology skills;

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced educator to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our centre. The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
