- Experience in using Best Practice Software or similar electronic health record systems.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current CPR certificate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Able to prioritize workload, work autonomously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in General Practice preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge of chronic disease management principles and practices.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Passion for primary healthcare and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Caring and attentive towards patients and healthcare professionals.
