About the Position

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, generating sales and maintaining store cleanliness and appearance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting and acknowledging customers, and being knowledgeable about products.
  • Stay up-to-date on current sales and promotions.
  • Assist in merchandising displays and store cleanliness.
  • Replenish merchandise, monitor floor stock and process shipments.
  • Process purchases at the point of sale.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Necessary Skills
  • Retail or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Excellent selling and customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
