Senior Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Hubstaff Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality Ecommerce email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Ecommerce email strategies that meet client objectives
- Design and create visually appealing email templates using Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Canva
- Collaborate with our team to ensure email campaigns align with marketing goals
- Optimize email campaigns for deliverability, readability, and click-through rates
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using A/B testing and performance tracking tools
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of Ecommerce email design principles, including mobile responsiveness, typography, and best practices. You should also have experience with email marketing platforms such as Smartrmail, Sender.net, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to work independently, and meets deadlines. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is also required. If you have experience working with DTC brands, it would be a bonus.
