Job Role:
  • Lead a high-performing team during busy service periods
  • Motivate and engage staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Champion food safety and quality standards
  • Train crew members to improve guest satisfaction
Essential Skills:
  • Experience in leading or supervising a team in a dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of delivering superior customer service
  • Certified Food Safety Supervisor or willingness to complete the course
  • Completed or willing to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
