Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Brisbane. This role will involve ensuring the highest standards of quality are met across our supply chain, working closely with top-tier suppliers to drive excellence and compliance.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supplier management and auditing, as well as knowledge of aerospace regulations and compliance standards. They will be responsible for conducting audits and assessments, inspecting and verifying components, and providing coaching and support to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to maintain top-quality standards
  • Inspect and verify components for compliance with aerospace requirements
  • Assess supplier capability and capacity for current and future programs
  • Provide coaching and support on quality systems and regulatory compliance to suppliers

Requirements:

  • Quality professionals with supplier management and auditing experience
  • Knowledge of aerospace regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • Experience working with cutting-edge technology and advanced manufacturing
  • Australian citizenship for Defence security clearance purposes
