**Job Overview**

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and support our team in delivering exceptional services. This role involves providing operational management across multiple programs, ensuring the team meets program-specific goals, and developing positive relationships with stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and support team to achieve business plan outcomes and organisational programs.
  • Ensure delivery of program services according to client needs and plans.
  • Maintain and develop professional working relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Participate in community awareness activities to promote understanding and prevention of Forced Marriages.

**Requirements**

  • Degree qualification in Human Services or related discipline.
  • Experience developing quality case plans or individual plans.
  • Demonstrated experience working autonomously with multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Experience working with individuals, families or groups from a culturally appropriate perspective.
  • High level communication, influencing, liaison, negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Current unrestricted drivers licence.
