The Role

We are seeking a skilled Freight Management Specialist to join our team at Lindsay Fresh Logistics in Brisbane Markets, Rocklea. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee all paperwork and requirements for our freight coming in and out of Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain export/import inbox and manage customer bookings, including creating job files.
  • Schedule collection and delivery, liaise with operations and logistics teams, and book necessary DAFF inspections.
  • Document management to meet regulatory requirements, including processing DAFF directions and generating export documentation.
  • Maintain customer schedules and forecasts, and process pricing and invoicing for job files.
Requirements
  • Proven industry experience with familiarity of export/import regulations and compliance.
  • Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
  • Established administration experience with high attention to detail ensuring accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prioritise high volumes of work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package

$85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the complexity and importance of this role within our organisation.
