About the Job:

This role involves leading a team of Storepersons to deliver exceptional customer support services to one of CEVA's customers in the telecommunications sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
  2. Provide expert guidance on customer queries, orders, returns, and corrective actions.
  3. Manage and resolve issues related to damaged, lost, or missing items through transaction of goods.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote effective customer communication relations and manage order settlement processes.
  5. Monitor and report on daily inbound and outbound orders to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  1. Proven experience in supervising customer service teams, preferably in logistics and supply chain industries.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  3. Sound analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent commercial acumen and data analysis skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
