Joinery is a skilled trade that involves the installation and assembly of various components such as kitchens, wardrobes, entertainment systems, and loose furniture.

The Role

As a Joinery Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring installations are carried out professionally and on time. You must maintain the highest standards that meet our brand's expectations by providing excellent customer service and being proactive in resolving any site or installation problems promptly.

  • Ensuring that all installations meet our quality control standards.
  • Liaising with clients in a mature and professional manner to discuss their requirements and provide solutions.

You will also be responsible for examining drawings and specifications to determine material requirements, selecting and working with materials such as timber, veneers, particle board, and synthetic wood, and marking, cutting, and shaping materials according to drawing specifications.

  • Assisting the sales team with site measuring and providing feedback on installation issues to project managers and sales teams.
  • Collaborating with other installation and warehouse team members for smooth delivery and installation processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fitting hinges, locks, catches, drawers, and shelves.
  • Examining drawings and specifications to determine material requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with builders, architects, and retail clients on site.
