Business Finance Partner

We are seeking a skilled Business Finance Partner to join our Commercial function. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance business partnering within a complex organisation, with strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial information and insights to support effective management and strategic decision-making across the Commercial team. This includes developing robust financial modelling, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and building financial awareness across the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models to inform business decisions
  • Providing regular financial reports and analysis to stakeholders
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Building financial awareness across the Commercial team

Requirements:

  • Experience in finance business partnering within a complex organisation
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
