Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team and work closely with our partners and lawyers on corporate and commercial matters related to the not-for-profit, health, disability, and aged care sectors. This role offers direct involvement with key clients across these sectors and a focus on mergers and acquisitions, not-for-profit mergers and amalgamations, commercial contracts, and governance reforms.
- Mergers and acquisitions in the not-for-profit sector
- Not-for-profit mergers and amalgamations
- Commercial contracts and agreements
- Governance reforms and corporate governance issues
- Health professional administrative appeals
- Business development and marketing
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 4 years of post-admission experience in a similar role and a recognized Commercial law practice. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent drafting skills, outstanding communication and business development skills, ability to guide and mentor others, initiative, and strong critical thinking skills.
