OSH Coordinator

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This will include:

Creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
Supporting program compliance, ensuring a high-quality service that exceeds industry standards
Building strong relationships with the school, including parents and the wider community
Playing and having fun with primary school-aged children
Opportunity to develop your Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences for children
Support program compliance and quality assurance
Develop strong relationships with schools, parents, and the community
Play and engage with children in a fun and supportive environment
