Retail Store Manager Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Store Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including supervising staff and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with the store team to foster a collaborative work environment and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in retail management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnights as needed
