Site Manager Leadership Role

Job Summary:
Multiplex is a premier construction company with a focus on building a better future. As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in directing and managing site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage site teams, sub-contractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and implement site management plans, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage site budgets, forecasts, and reporting, providing accurate financial information to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in site management, preferably in the building industry.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of building and construction trades, as well as site-specific skills.
- Relevant industry qualifications and certifications.
