Customer Service Team Leader Role

We are seeking a diverse and customer-centric professional to lead our Customer Service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, mentoring others, and delivering exceptional service.

  • Lead and support the Customer Service team to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve outstanding results.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, process orders accurately, and provide timely updates through effective communication.
  • Support Account Managers and inbound customers with quotes, documentation, and coordination to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient documentation processing to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve customer concerns and collaborate with internal departments for effective solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive process improvements and foster a positive, high-performing team culture that promotes collaboration and accountability.

This opportunity requires a strong understanding of the print and label manufacturing industry, technical print knowledge, and the ability to translate customer needs into practical, high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally within the manufacturing, print, or packaging industry, with a track record of delivering excellent results.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build productive relationships across teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Impeccable phone manner and ability to establish & maintain positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
