Job Overview:
We are seeking a Compliance Analytics and Insights Professional to lead our Customer Compliance Performance (CCP) team in designing and delivering high-quality compliance reporting.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining data reports across key compliance areas, including Quality Assurance, Complaints, Archer, Breaches, and Remediation activities.
- Develop and maintain data reporting tools and solutions that enhance compliance monitoring and insights.
- Create thematic reports based on root cause analysis, complaints trends, and compliance breaches to identify systemic issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Reporting: Develop and maintain data reports across key compliance areas.
Data Analysis: Conduct meaningful analysis that simplifies complexity into clear insights enhancing management's capacity to act.
Collaboration: Partner with Technology and Customer teams to design and deliver automated reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualisation tools.
Requirements:
Experience: Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other reporting and visualisation platforms.
Skillset: Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data sets. Continuous improvement ethos always seeking technological and automation enhancements.
Qualifications: Curiosity and innovative thinking understanding both detail and the big picture.
