Job Opportunity

The role of a Specialist Trainer/Assessor is to deliver high-quality training and assessment services, focusing on Dogging, Rigging (Basic & Intermediate), and Crane Specialisms. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs, ensuring that the content meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive training and assessment services that combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills.
  • Ensure all accredited courses meet relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, promoting a motivating learning environment.
  • Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are in good working order, clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Travel may be required to deliver training sessions off-site.
Essential Criteria:
  • Possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) qualification.
  • Hold a High-Risk Work Licence.
  • Demonstrate experience in Lifting Operations within construction, civil engineering, resources, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Be accredited as an Individual Assessor by WorkSafe or gain accreditation if applicable.
  • Meet the eligibility criteria for a Working Children Check Card and Police Check.
  • Be an Australian Resident.
  • Hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
