">Job Description:Lead a pioneering mental healthcare service in Australia, leveraging Telehealth and innovative technologies to make high-quality care affordable and accessible. As Practice Manager, you'll oversee the development, implementation, and management of clinical and business operations.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic launch and growth plan
- Manage clinical and business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Build and lead a remote team, motivating staff to deliver exceptional results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in mental healthcare
- Proven experience in GP practice management, with a strong track record in practice development and growth
- Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking, focused on long-term commercial success
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Diploma of Practice Management, Bachelor/Master of Business Administration, Healthcare Management)
- Proficiency in Best Practice software and other healthcare technologies
- Advanced knowledge of Medicare, healthcare legislation, regulations, and compliance standards
