Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support our security branches. This role is based from our national distribution centre.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of product equipment.
  • Oversee and assist in all dispatching and invoicing processes.
  • Manage goods - incoming and outgoing.
  • Conduct stock takes.
  • Liaise with customers regarding stock levels.
  • Training warehouse staff.
  • Handling any logistics requirements on a daily basis, including liaising with transport providers.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following and consistent enforcement of company policies and WHS requirements.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Tullamarine warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve warehouse operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Warehousing systems and procedures.
  • Experience in operating Warehouse equipment.
  • Practical experience and understanding of WHS policies and procedures.
  • Established skill-set regarding stock control and periodic stock take.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Forklift License.
  • Excellent computer skills and WMS experience.
  • Strong communicator, self-directed, and motivated.
