We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to lead our Montessori program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Montessori education, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to work within a collaborative and supportive team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop nurturing and caring relationships with children based on respect and trust, while continuing our high standards of education and care by implementing the Montessori philosophy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the child and working with parents in an inclusive environment
  • Developing and implementing the Montessori program
  • Supervising and guiding student teachers

We are looking for someone with:

  • A recognised Cert III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching degree approved by ACECQA
  • A recognised 3 - 6 Montessori diploma
  • A WWCC (Working with Children Check)
  • A relevant and approved First Aid Certificate and Child Protection training or willingness to obtain
