Essential Skills and Experience- Outstanding record of achievement in defence, government, or university sectors focused on business development or related disciplines.
- Exceptional understanding of industry, professional, and government environments in Australia and internationally in relation to defence and space.
- Proven ability to establish partnerships with industry and collaborate with national and international organisations in areas related to research and development.
- Demonstrated capability in leading large programs of work, tender management, business development, and the generation of income.
- Experience developing and implementing strategic plans and leading and guiding teams to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Has or is eligible to obtain security clearance NV1.
