The Role

We are seeking a Department Supervisor to drive sales and KPIs, coach and develop our team, and uphold company retail standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving conversion, sales, and KPI performance
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service standards and supervising the team to deliver a 'service over task' environment
  • Working with the BOH team to deliver shop floor product availability
  • Upholding company retail standards and delivering store visual excellence
  • Supporting the management team to deliver all internal and external profit protection processes
  • Supporting with new team members' inductions and ongoing training to build bench strength for future store expansion
  • Encouraging team members to improve performance through effective coaching
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 2-3 years' experience within retail or a similar industry
  • A passion for creating an amazing service experience and culture for our customers
  • A proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs and communicating well with all stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely manner
