  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Current registration with APHRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Extensive experience across the quality space in aged care, minimum 3 years experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing quality assurance systems and risk management strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to effectively collaborate with staff, residents, and regulatory bodies.
