About the roleAs a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a blended fashion retail and healthcare environment.
- You will provide eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele.
- Dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
- Build meaningful relationships with our clients that gives them a reason to visit us again.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in optical or 2 years' retail sales experience.
- Previous experience with store opening/closing duties.
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
- Confident, clear and effective communication skills.
- Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships.
- Self-motivated, positive and friendly manner.
An Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired but not essential.
