Job Title: Educators

We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic Educators to join our team at Busy Bees at Beenleigh. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing developmentally appropriate programs for children, promoting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Establish and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Assess and record children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebration
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent)
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years
  • Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service
  • Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families, and individual children's needs
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development
