You will work closely with our Group Beverage Director to curate an extensive and exciting wine list that delights our discerning guests. Your expertise in local and international wines will be invaluable in creating unforgettable experiences for our patrons.

About the Role

This role requires a passion for excellence in customer service, ability to multi-task, and love for sharing wine knowledge with guests. If you're motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Your Skills and Experience
  • WSET level 2/3 and/or Court of Master Sommelier 'Certified' preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a reputable establishment with proven experience in a wine-related position.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Well-presented and punctual.
  • Motivated professional with strong attention to detail.
