Experienced Home Care Nursing Professionals Required

We are urgently hiring senior experienced home care registered nurses in Melbourne's eastern suburbs to deliver comprehensive and exceptional nursing services in the home environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years current nursing experience, with a strong passion for delivering quality-of-life outcomes, collaboration, innovation, and excellent communication skills.
This is a casual role, working on average 3-4 days per week, with flexible hours and opportunities to work across wider Melbourne. You will be required to have your own car and comprehensively insured.
Responsibilities include providing assessments, wound care, clinical reviews, catheter care, palliative care, dementia support, NDIS complex care management, client and carer education, and more.
The successful candidate will be based in Melbourne's east and will have the opportunity to work across wider Melbourne. You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
