The Records Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality customer-focused services across records activities.
This is an excellent opportunity to engage in impactful work, preparing the University for its future needs.
The Records Analyst supports the administration and configuration of the University's recordkeeping system, Content Manager (CM), including upgrades and integrations.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide technical expertise and support in managing digital and physical records.
- Liaise with business and academic areas to promote University recordkeeping practice and compliance.
- Coordinate records compliance activities, projects, systems upgrades, and integrations.
Digital preservation is crucial for ensuring long-term access to records. The Records Analyst will contribute to this effort by applying their knowledge and skills.
We aim to drive best practices and standards in recordkeeping through collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related field.
- Proven experience in records management and administrative support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
