About This Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to play a key part in our growth and expansion plans. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their investment goals and showcasing our platform.

Key responsibilities include implementing targeted marketing campaigns to support business development and brand awareness. You will also coordinate with stakeholders and teams to ensure activations meet branding, compliance, and scheduling requirements.

Evaluation of marketing strategies and events will be crucial in supporting business development and achieving sales targets.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and concise language.
  • A passion for sales and event hosting, with a focus on delivering results.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, including last-minute layout changes.
  • A minimum age requirement of 18 years old with full Australian working rights.
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail-event, or fintech is highly valued but not required.
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, late-night shifts, and expo/trade-show weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
