Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative role involves managing the order process from receiving stock to processing orders into the system. This position also requires providing support to the site supervisor, receipting stock into the depot, and arranging stock transfers as required. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for organizing deliveries with different stakeholders, including customers and freight companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the order process, including receiving stock and processing orders into the system.
  2. Provide support to the site supervisor.
  3. Receipt stock into the depot and arrange stock transfers as required.
  4. Organize deliveries with different stakeholders, including customers and freight companies.
  5. Initiate calls with customers to confirm their stock requirements and manage returns.
  6. Manage data entry activities for stock takes.
  7. Raise invoices and receive payments from customers.

Requirements:

  • High standard in written and verbal communication.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to ask for help or seek advice when needed.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to carry out manual tasks.
  • Experience in inventory control, pallet control, and using SAP would be highly regarded.
