Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH). As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets.

• Greeting and Registering Clients: Greet clients and their pets, register them for appointments, and manage waiting room workflow.
• Email and Phone Management: Manage high-volume email and phone inquiries, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Appointment Coordination: Coordinate and book appointments for clients, both over the phone and in person.
• Liaison between Clients and Clinical Team: Act as a liaison between clients and our clinical team, ensuring seamless communication and excellent patient care.
• Financial Transactions: Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payments, as well as process pet medical insurance claims.
• Document Retrieval: Request medical records, test results, and other documents from third parties, as needed.
