Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Germanus Kent House in Broome.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with older adults and a strong commitment to person-centered care. They will also be able to work effectively within a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

This role involves delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to clients and residents, including individual and group therapy sessions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading assistant staff to deliver activity and therapy programs, communicating effectively with the care team to enhance resident wellbeing, and contributing to quality improvements in allied health and the residential service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with strong skills and knowledge in occupational therapy practices and principles. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be committed to ongoing professional development.
