Job Title: Assistant Director, Cyber Security

We are seeking a seasoned cyber security professional to lead and mentor a team of experts in conducting risk and compliance assessments of internal and external connections to our systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and experience assessing on-premises, cloud-hosted, and hybrid solutions. They should also have good knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ACSC's ISM, AG's PSPF, and ISO 27000 series.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of cyber security professionals
  • Conducting risk and compliance assessments of internal and external connections
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust Cyber Security Compliance Framework
  • Engaging with external and internal stakeholders

Requirements include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
  • Experience assessing on-premises, cloud-hosted, and hybrid solutions
  • Good knowledge of compliance frameworks, such as ACSC's ISM, AG's PSPF, and ISO 27000 series
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance
  • Australian citizenship is required
