Job Summary:

• As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing therapy plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to clients in their homes, schools, or via telehealth.
• You will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
• With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will prioritize building meaningful relationships and creating a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and abilities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on client goals and preferences
• Deliver high-quality interventions that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure continuity of care
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to share progress and address concerns

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to client sites
