Role Overview

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled team member to join our bakery department. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in preparing, packing, and labelling bakery products while ensuring a clean and safe workspace.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and package bakery items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods
