Enterprise Operating Model Specialist

This exciting opportunity seeks a highly skilled Business Architect to join our organisation and contribute to the development of operating models for large enterprises.
- Develop enterprise-wide operating models that align with client strategies and market conditions.
- Maintain organisation, process, data, and system footprints to identify and address improvement opportunities.
- Establish business architecture approaches, methodologies, and governance models, and lead implementation and enablement activities with clients.
Required skills and experience include a minimum of 7 years' experience in business, enterprise (process) architecture frameworks, and their applications.
Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, or related disciplines are also required, as well as relevant business architecture training and certifications.
Demonstrated experience in process modelling, standards, notations, architecture, and governance, as well as strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and excellent written and oral communication skills, are highly valued.
