Our team at Juniper Annesley, Bentley, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical leadership team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead our clinical team and provide high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with Residential Manager: Address requests and concerns from families and carers in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and Maintain Records: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aged care documentation requirements and ensure accurate and complete records.
- Lead Clinical Team: Work with healthcare professionals to provide quality care to residents and enhance the performance of care and service staff.
- Identify Training Needs: Identify training needs for clinical and care staff in consultation with the Residential Manager.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure full compliance with aged care standards and regulations.
- AHPRA Registration: Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Experience in Aged Care: Minimum 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting.
- AN-ACC Documentation: Understanding of AN-ACC documentation requirements.
- Planning and Coordination Skills: Strong planning and coordination skills to develop and implement care plans.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to lead and collaborate with the clinical team.
- Competitive Salary: Hourly rate between $43.39 - $56.45 + 11.5% super dependent on experience.
