The School-Based Traineeship is an ideal opportunity for students to gain practical experience in a retail environment. Our trainees will work towards a Certificate II in Retail Services, developing skills in customer service, sales, and stock management.

As a trainee, you will be part of a dynamic team that strives to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will assist customers in building beautiful bathrooms, process sales, manage stock, and answer phone calls to take messages and orders. You will also communicate with customers and staff, build product knowledge, and provide follow-up to customers.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who have good written and verbal communication skills, can follow instructions, and are willing to learn and grow with our team. As a school-based trainee, you will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays.

This role is based at Showroom Newcastle and offers a supportive and inclusive work environment. We encourage teamwork, creativity, and innovation, and believe in recognizing and rewarding individual contributions.
