Key Responsibilities

  • Championing proactive sales and marketing initiatives to maximise occupancy, revenue, and market share.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of dedicated professionals to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivating and managing strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the local community to enhance the hotel's reputation and business opportunities.
  • Strategically managing property projects, including potential upgrades or enhancements, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' senior leadership experience in hospitality, ideally within a full-service hotel environment, with demonstrable success in operations, revenue management, and team leadership.
  • Proven ability to drive business results with strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit optimisation.
  • Skilled in building and managing relationships with stakeholders, while consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic project management, particularly in hotel property enhancements or capital expenditure initiatives.
  • Inspirational leader with excellent communication skills, capable of fostering an engaged and motivated team.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commitment to values and culture.
