We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Job Description

Assist with Daily Needs:

  • Bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Reminding clients to take medication and assisting with administration when necessary
  • Tracking vital signs and communicating any changes to the healthcare team

Light Household Tasks:

  • Cleaning and organizing living areas
  • Preparing nutritious meals that meet specific dietary requirements

Companionship and Emotional Support:

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations with clients
  • Offering emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Training and Certification:

  • Completion of a state-approved training program for Home Health Aides or CNA License
  • A valid certification as a Home Health Aide

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and empathy skills with clients and their families
  • Ability to safely lift and move clients using proper body mechanics
