Warehouse Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead our team in the efficient operation of our warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the warehouse floor and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods, meeting strict time-sensitive requirements.
  • Oversee inventory management, utilizing advanced computer systems to track and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure timely completion of paperwork and reporting, providing valuable insights for operational improvements.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency within the team.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager, with a strong background in logistics and inventory control.
  • Advanced skills in inventory management software, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Valid forklift operator's license and excellent physical stamina.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Pass a commercial drivers health assessment, including a drug and alcohol test.
