Our Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to assist in the implementation of our HSE management system and workplace risk management plans. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Regional HSE Manager and maintain a functional reporting line to workplace managers on all matters relating to health, safety, and environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Review and develop Workplace Risk Management Plans
- Participate in design reviews to consider HSE risks and implement design changes
- Assist in risk and opportunity register planning for the workplace
- Identify and assist with work activities that have a significant impact on the environment
- Investigate and report incidents involving injury, near miss, or environmental harm
- Role model appropriate behavior with regard to HSE matters
- Conduct regular internal audits of the site
Your Qualifications
You must be a dedicated and experienced HSE professional with 3+ years of experience in the Health, Safety, and Environment sector. You should possess formal qualifications in an HSE discipline or a related field. A solid working knowledge of Australian Quality, OH&S, and Environmental procedures is essential, as well as familiarity with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and relevant Australian Standards.

- Familiarity with HSE legislative frameworks across all jurisdictions
