Front of House Staff Member Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Front of House (FOH) team member to join our bustling burger restaurant in Brisbane. This casual role is ideal for students or individuals looking for flexible hours while gaining valuable hospitality experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Taking orders accurately using the Point of Sale system and handling payments efficiently
  • Delivering food and drinks to tables with great customer service and ensuring seamless interactions
  • Assisting with stock replenishment, cleaning, and maintaining a high standard of FOH presentation
  • Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to guarantee smooth service and timely order delivery
  • Following strict food safety and hygiene practices at all times

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles, preferably in fast food or café/restaurant environments
  • Demonstrated strong communication and teamwork skills, essential for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules
  • Holding valid Australian work rights
