About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Team Assistant to provide primary support to our Head of Office Leasing – NSW & Head of Office Leasing – Australia, as well as support our Sydney CBD team with coordination and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reports, and fee management
  • Manage client lists and communications
  • Coordinate and manage client events and meetings
  • Support client engagement activities and handle enquiries
  • Organise reimbursements, invoicing, and payment of accounts
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Drive implementation of new processes for improved efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in a team
