We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Support Operations Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product support operations.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing areas to improve MineStar dealer and customer operations, efficiency and ultimately sustaining positive results and profitability.
You will work closely with regional commercial teams on early engagement with technology customers to ensure alignment for change enablement activities.
Additionally, you will conduct site assessments for technology customers and collaborate with each customer to design an effective change enablement plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize areas to improve MineStar dealer and customer operations, efficiency and ultimately sustaining positive results and profitability.
- Work closely with regional commercial teams on early engagement with technology customers to ensure alignment for change enablement activities.
- Conduct site assessments for technology customers and collaborate with each customer to design an effective change enablement plan.
Requirements:
This position requires a university degree or equivalent experience with prior experience in marketing, consulting, product or logistics.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to perform detailed analysis, data interpretation, and to develop business solutions independently.
They will also demonstrate the ability to set strategy, lead projects independently, and work on larger scale with more complex assignments.
