Civil Construction Project Coordinator Opportunity

Landscape Solutions Group, a leading provider of commercial landscaping solutions, is seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to join its award-winning construction division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of tender submissions, gathering proposals and project documentation, and identifying labor, material, and time requirements. Strong communication skills are essential for preparing and executing presentations to clients, consultants, and external stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a prominent industry leader in Civil and Landscape construction. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience as an Estimator on large-scale civil and landscape packages worth $3 million or more.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Gather and review project documentation, including proposals, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Prepare and execute presentations to clients and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the preparation of tender submissions and identify labor, material, and time requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Estimator on large-scale civil and landscape packages worth $3 million or more.Strong computer skills with measuring software (Adobe, Bluebeam, Mudshark).Fully qualified with a Bachelor's degree in Estimating or a related field.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.Possess a valid driver's license and WHS White Card.Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
