About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in the NSW Region. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 120 corporate clients with an annual turnover of $25M-250M.

Your primary focus will be on up and cross-selling existing and new products, providing training and support, and maintaining regular contact with clients. You will aim to proactively demonstrate the benefits of CreditorWatch to our corporate clients.

This is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office. You will report directly to the Sales Manager - Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities within an existing portfolio of customers to drive net growth of your customer portfolio.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers - understanding their needs and goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Respond to customers' needs and requirements in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain correct and updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions and share with customers to position the company as a strategic partner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have worked within the Account Management space (preferably in SaaS) for at least 3 years.

You will be nurturing in your approach and have a way with customers, showcasing your amazing problem-solving, active listening, and communication skills.

Passion will be what sets you apart, you will live, love, and breathe all things CreditorWatch, which will see you get the wins with our customers.
