Cordalba State School is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces. This could be the perfect role for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to make a meaningful contribution to a caring school community.

This position is offered on a Permanent Part-Time basis (0.39 FTE), working 30 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday during afternoon shifts (2:30pm to 5:45pm).

About the Role

The successful candidate will perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal. They will also maintain cleanliness in classrooms, toilets, offices, and communal areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation across the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning duties to keep the school clean and tidy
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the school
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
