Key Responsibilities:">
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to provide a safe and engaging environment for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Maintain strong relationships with families and engage them in their child's learning journey.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Certificate III qualification in Children's Services (ACECQA approved).
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Proven experience as an educator in an Early Childhood service, working with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
